The roots of authentic Lammin Sahti have preserved an almost unchanged recipe through tradition to this day. As Finland's first small brewery and a pioneer in sahti brewing, Lammin Sahti has conquered the world for 40 years. The pioneer small brewery is dedicated to passing on beer culture from generation to generation and continues a valuable cultural tradition. Lammin Sahti is authentic Hämäläinen Sahti, also known as Hämeen Sahti.
BREWERY
Lammin Sahti is the oldest small brewery still in operation in Finland. The brewery was founded in 1985. During the Corona period, the brewery's equipment was updated to meet modern needs. The brewery now has the opportunity to produce beers in addition to sahti. Despite this, our main product is still sahti, but we also produce other products. In addition to sahti, our range includes lagers, pilsners , porters and wheat beers. We also produce whiskey, which has been awarded, among others, the International wine and spirits competition (Great Britain) bronze medal in 2023 and the Craft Spirits Berlin bronze medal also in the same year. In addition to the above, we have the opportunity to produce smaller 400-500 liter special batches in our brewery located in Tuulos.
